Q3: Can we have your free samples?

A: We can provide samples designed by us.If you want to add your design on the sample,I'm sorry you need to pay the cost of new samples.But be sure you will have it refund when we have your order. The sample time is on or around 7 days.

Q4: I have my own design (I have some ideas add to your products).

A: We have our own technical section could helping design products, assess your products,and give you professional advice.

Q5: How do you control the quality of the products?

1.More than 10 years experiences since from 2006s.

2.4 people in the QC dept.

3.Supplier register to control the quality from the fabric material and accessory.

Q6: How to place an order to you? And how about the lead time and payment terms?

A: When you accept the sample quality and product price, you can place an order to us by email.

Payment terms should be 30% deposit and 70% balance should be upon receipt of sending the documents copy.

Lead time is on or around 20 days after receipt of deposits.
